About the Artist
Tom Olson was a young philosophy student in Ithaca, New York, when he decided that flipbooks were a more effective means of communication than pamphleting. Between the years 1978-79, Olson created a timeless series of flip books exploring life, love, loss, and the adventures of a little circle. Today, he lives outside Washington, DC, where he is happily married with two daughters and has a successful career as an attorney.
